TICKETING FAQs
Here are a series of commonly asked questions regarding purchasing tickets for Hitchin Town FC home and away fixtures.
Can I only get a ticket for matches at Top Field using the online link? What about if I turn up on the day – will you have normal turnstile sales operating?
As it stands, every ticket for every match at Top Field will have to be bought online via our ticketing site. We will not be selling any tickets on the day of the game at the turnstiles.
I’m an adult and wanting to bring an under 13-year-old with me to the match at Top Field. Despite them being free, do I still need to obtain a ticket for the game?
Yes. Everybody who enters the ground on the day as a supporter will need a ticket; firstly because we know the exact number of people within the ground and secondly for track and trace compliance.
I’m over 80 and usually my entry to the game in free. Do I need to buy a ticket?

I am disabled and bringing my carer with me, are they entitled to any concession?
We will give the carer free entry to the game with a ticket, but please email club admin to arrange this.
I am a season ticket holder – do I need to buy a match ticket for cup matches?
Yes – the season ticket only covers our matches at Top Field in the Southern Premier League for 2020/21. All matches in cup competitions would require you to purchase a match ticket to enable entry to that game.
I have ordered a match ticket, but I still haven’t received the ticket to my email address. What shall I do?
Firstly we recommend checking your email junk folder, as the email confirmation sometimes end up in there. If not, please email Club Admin on clubadmin@hitchintownfc.club and explain the situation – we will try to solve it for you.
I have purchased a match ticket, but I have accidently deleted the email that it was sent in. What shall I do?

My son is playing in the match for Hitchin Town and I have previously been able to attend the game for free, with my name on the pass list. Can I continue to do this, this season?
No, you will need to buy a ticket to get entry to the game.
I have purchased a match ticket for a game, but I am no longer able to attend the match. Can I request a refund or give my ticket to somebody else?
You can’t transfer the ticket, but we would consider a refund in exceptional circumstances. Email Club Admin on clubadmin@hitchintownfc.club and explain the situation.
I have bought a ticket and the match has been postponed – what shall I do?
Your ticket is still valid for the rearranged game. If you aren’t able to attend the rearranged game then email Club Admin on clubadmin@hitchintownfc.club and explain the situation.
Will I still be able to get a match programme at the game?
You can order them online to collect at the game – we will not be able to sell programmes at the match if you pre-ordered them.
What time with the turnstiles open for entry to matches at Top Field this season?
For 3pm kick-off, turnstiles will open at 1:30pm. For 7:45pm kick-off, they will open at 6:45pm.
I want to support Hitchin Town FC at an away game this season. Can I buy tickets through the Hitchin Town website?
These will not be on sale via the Hitchin Town FC website. We will release information on how to gain entry to away matches near the time of the game, via social media and this website.
