We strongly advise everyone attending the game to arrive in good time in order to ensure entry into the ground in good time for kick-off, which is at 12:45pm.

All four turnstiles on Fishponds Road will be open to facilitate entry. Any of the Entrances A to D may be used to enter the ground. The turnstiles will be open at 11:15am.

We will also be opening the entrance at the Bedford Road end of the ground, as well as the side-gate in the car park, both from 11:15am. Please note that once you are in the ground, if you have to leave there will be no readmission until after half time.

You must have your tickets with their barcodes ready for scanning in order to gain entry to the ground. If you have bought your tickets online, please make sure that you can access the ticket barcodes on your phone or you have printed the tickets out ready for scanning. If you cannot produce tickets with barcodes for scanning, you will not be permitted entry to the ground. Production of a receipt confirming payment without your ticket(s) will not be sufficient to gain entry.

If you have not yet accessed or printed your tickets, you are strongly advised to do this sooner rather than later. If you cannot see your confirmation and ticket emails in your Inbox, please check your Spam and Junk email folders. If your email account is a Hotmail one, please also check a folder you may have marked: “Focused/Other” to see if it is there.

If you have any problems accessing your tickets, please email the contact address on the ticket website, which is clubadmin@hitchintownfc.club, by 7pm on Saturday 10th November. Any emails received after that time cannot be guaranteed a response. Queries cannot be dealt with by phone.

Very limited seating will be available on a first come, first served basis. Regrettably we cannot reserve seats.

We are delighted to announce that weather permitting North Hers District Council have kindly allowed us to use Butts Close for parking on Sunday. Unfortunately the club car park will not be available to supporters on the day because of the high volume of additional media, F A officials, sponsors etc that we need to accommodate.

Butts Close will be available from 10.30am and will be carefully stewarded. We are not making a charge but instead are asking anyone using Butts Close to make a donation to the Royal British Legion to mark Armistice Day.

Our safety officer Len Leroux will decide at 8.30am on Sunday whether ground conditions are suitable. This decision will be put out on all our social media platforms. If it is considered too wet and it would result in damage to Butts Close we will not be able to use this facility as agreed with NHDC.

We would like to thank Andrew Mills for allowing us the use of Butts Close. He is the Service Manager of grounds for NHDC and would have been within his rights to turn down our application. I would also like to thank Councillor Ian Albert who has worked tirelessly to help Len and myself achieve a successful outcome to our application.

Should this not be available, car parking will be restricted to on street parking or at any of the town’s municipal Car Parks, all of which are within a 15-minute walk of the ground.

There will be additional toilets and additional food concessions, which will be situated at strategic points around the ground.

Please be aware that all Emirates FA Cup fixtures this weekend will be proceeded by a minute’s silence.

Please leave the ground by the nearest available exit. Thank you everybody for your tremendous support and enjoy the game.

Even if you’re a regularly visitor, the additional facilities will leave you in unfamiliar surroundings tomorrow. So please take a look at the map outlining everything below.
