Re: Next season ?
Hi Stewart It was good to see you at the Stourbridge game. You are quite correct, if Brett can produce winning performances on the pitch we will see very good attendances. Unfortunately, it will mean that many clubs will see us as a big scalp and lift their game but like you, I'm really looking forw...

Re: Next season ?
I remember those crowds from the mid 2000's Rupe. We would do well to get over 200 to home games in August, hover around 300 for most home games and then probably take between 20 - 50 to away games depending on the location. Also I'm guessing 75% of the fan base was over 50 years old That is testime...

Good to hear from you.

Re: Next season ?
Some good debate here and good to see the forum having some life pumped into it. One thing I feel the new manager needs to do and I know Brett is the right person to do this, is bring the players, management and supporters closer together again. Brett will engage with supporters and media, and will ...

Re: Management Committee statement re relegation
Thanks for posting this Chris.
Surely a Management Committee Statement should be a news item on the club website.
If Steve hadn't of mentioned it I wouldn't have known either.
Poor effort!

Re: Next season ?
Hi Bob The Builder The goods news is Sudbury have a very tough fixture away at Leamington who are fourth and have to win to guarantee their place in the play-offs otherwise up to three clubs could jump above them so I think Sudbury will struggle to win. However it still leaves us having to beat Stou...

Re: Charles Worbey: The Link Man
Perhaps I should leave this thread until we know if the current family members (grandchildren and great nephews and nieces) are happy to let me continue! Don't quite understand the response Anthony. I don't see any reason why you would need permission from anyone to post about people that are part ...

Re: LGBTQ+ Supporters club Commitee members wanted
having the opportunity to go somewhere where I feel safe enough to go, is incredible and to engage with football being my true self isn't something that I always dreamed about but never in a million years ever thought possible. That's great to read and what Hitchin Town FC is all about. It should b...

Don't remember a footbal coaching programme but do remember him hosting a fishing programme.
