I believe that it is eminently reasonable for the FA to set minimum standards for clubs who wish to play and compete at various levels of the pyramid. The rules and penalties for non-compliance are always subject to debate. It seems that HTFC are on top of this situation. All in hand!

If canaryhatter does not deserve disrespectful comments, why is it OK for him to call someone who has invested a great deal of money in his local club a plonker? Surely respect is a two way street.
