Re: Stourbridge
First of all, nothing to be gained by any bitching and backbiting. People are entitled to opinions but please cut the personal digs out...not helpful. It was a great win and the best thing was we were never in any trouble. Upbeat, positive, and almost mistake free. Four cracking goals. Tactics spot ...

For any of you intending to travel to Stourbridge on Saturday, you are advised to buy your tickets in advance from the Stourbridge website. 50/50 IS BACK
A number of our loyal fans have asked us about if we will ever introduce the 50/50 match day draw again. Well the good news is that we have listened to all of the comments, and it is back tomorrow. :happy2: :happy2: We are aware that we will be accepting cash, but we ask everybody to please help us ...

Re: Time for change?
Really looking forward to the game against Rushden & Diamonds on Saturday. It’s winnable. We need three points. We need to be out of that relegation zone. The way ticket sales are going so far, I reckon we'll top the Alvechurch attendance figure. It is a winnable game tomorrow. Our season needs...

Re: Not Too Much Damage Done
Agree with Neil Jackie - you've made some very valid points but also have underlined the realities of where we actually find ourselves. The football is great, no complaints from anyone. The end results are not. We haven't won an away game, although in my opinion we've generally played better away fr...

Re: Not Too Much Damage Done
We should have done enough to at least get a point. However, Alvechurch showed that they were not going to be easy to break down. Not pretty, but having grabbed the goal they were always looking as though they could grind out the result. They did remind me a bit of the Wimbledon side of the 80s and ...

Re: Happy At Step 3 or Boom & Bust? The Lessons of Gosport Borough.
So Tamworth have a salaried full time General Manager? Would love to know how that will pan out Chris. Tamworth have a long history of competing at Step 2 until they got relegated four years ago. They are still a would be Step 2 club and seem to operate as such. Chris - Remember Rothwell? the first...

Re: Happy At Step 3 or Boom & Bust? The Lessons of Gosport Borough.
I don't think it's an inappropriate time at all for this thread to crop up. The fact is, we know where we are....and what has to be done. If nothing is done, we will be relegated. Two years of that previously at Step 4 was a tough time. Some good away days, some horrific ones (AFC Hayes springs to m...
