Who needs a plastic pitch. Certainly not us. The Top Field pitch looked immaculate yesterday, almost as smooth as the tables at the Crucible & it was the last game of a busy season. Baring a very small patch in each goal mouth it could've been the 1st game of the season so huge congratulations ...

Fascinating Anthony, maybe as part of the 150 year celebration of this, it could be arranged to have a rerun of the Hitchin v Crystal Palace & Great Marlow v Maidenhead with a final between the 2 winners ? strips and rules as were then would apply with say 30 minutes each way per game and straig...
