Well guys I can tell you that the mentioned players wear kids shin pads as they feel uncomfortable with the larger ones, nothing in the laws of the game to stop them as it’s their legs that will get clobbered !

Sand based or desso pitches as used in the premier league, that’s how, no divots and good drainage.
