Management Committee statement re relegation

Post by Chris_N »

Why wasn't it put on HTFC site instead of Twitter (X) ?
We don't all do that social media nonsense.
Attached below is the statement for those Forum members who do not access X (Twitter) or any other social media formats. I'm putting it on here as a Forum contributor (who does not access X very much), and even though I am not a member of the Management Committee anymore (just a volunteer), I do still want to do my best for the Club. I am more confident than I have ever been that we will see significant positive change over the next five years, and that our whole off-pitch operations will properly support the product that we have on it.

Thanks for posting this Chris.

Surely a Management Committee Statement should be a news item on the club website.

If Steve hadn't of mentioned it I wouldn't have known either.

Poor effort!

It's not an unreasonable question, and it's great that the enthusiasm is already there for next season. But because we didn't know our fate until 5pm yesterday afternoon, little if any advance work could be done on pricing because we didn't know what level we'd be playing at.

Now we know, I can assure you that that work is being undertaken as quickly as is possible so that all things can be agreed and all preparatory work on the ticket system can be then undertaken. And I can assure you it isn't a five minute job!

I would say it will be towards the end of May, but as soon as a commitment can be given to a date by which we can deliver, announcements will be made by the Management Committee.

Did you read the previous posting before you asked this question? I think you'll find an answer there.
