Keith Farr

Have heard tonight from Andi Saunders that Keith has suffered a small heart attack.

He is ok currently recovering at home but likely to be "out of action" for the next month or so.

One of our longest standing supporters.

I am sure I am not alone in wishing Keith a speedy recovery.

Sorry to hear that - can't think that will keep Keith down. Can't imagine him as a patient!

Get well very soon Keith and hope to see you back on the terraces very soon. Thanks for letting us know Darren.

Thanks everyone. A bit of a shock but could've been a lot worse. Despite yesterdays result I feel fine now, should be home tuesday once blood has thinned enough. Hope to be back at Top Field early Feb.

All in good time Keith. Roy enjoyed telling me yesterday of a school photo of you both in 1966......Or the year we won the world cup as he first put it :)

Remember it well, a 5 a side game at a sports day between the members of Ickleford primary school football team. One team wore the Ickleford teams shirts, Arsenal design red with white sleeves, & the other white tee shirts, the side I was on & we lost 1-0, just can't remember which side Roy was on. I think it was ours. Incidently Roy was a tall kid. The school had a long jump pit & he managed to clear the pit several times landing on the grass beyond the sand. Don't know whether anyone has managed it since.
