Yes its me banging on again.
At the moment I have to say that the number of entries received has been disappointing so I am hoping that this little reminder will prise a few more teams out of hiding.
Our Quizmaster, Jeremy Axeman aka Andy Denniss has been putting together some taxing and not so taxing questions for all so it would be a pity not to get along and show appreciation for the time he has spent.
For those who claim not to know anything about - its 7.30pm planned start. General Knowledge. £6 per head teams max 6 persons. Free eats at half time.
Email me with names asap please. (mick.docking@hitchintownfc.club)
Thanks

Re: QUIZ NIGHT FRIDAY 12th NOV
Probably doesn’t help that England are playing a World Cup qualifier tonight!
Hope the screen will be on without the sound !

Re: QUIZ NIGHT FRIDAY 12th NOV
Despite the disappointment that Steve might have experienced tonight in missing the closely fought game against Albania, I trust that he and his team still enjoyed the quiz?
My thanks to all those who attended. In particular it was great to see Last Minute Dot Com and the Inappropriately named Ice Maidens who were doing so well up to that sports round.
Canary Kitchen sponsored the food and top quality it was too.
Andy Denniss was quiz master and compiler and he did a stirling job, as did Roy who did the adding up and Dave T who flogged the raffle tickets.
A few more pennies raised and I hope, an evening enjoyed by all those who supported the event.
Full results to follow.
Cheers

Re: QUIZ NIGHT FRIDAY 12th NOV
A really entertaining evening and thanks to everyone Mick has mentioned, and to Mick himself, for organising it all.
