HATS OFF TO HARRY

Just a word in praise of Harry the Bear who was providing the photo opportunity on Saturday, whilst supporting the Garden House Hospice Charlie Chicks campaign. That costume deserved to be on the Masked Singer and how Harry didn't fall over during his rather ungainly shuffle around the ground is anyone's guess. Getting through doors was nearly impossible with that set of lug holes!

Caroline was, as usual, there in support together with her volunteers trying to raise funds. The knitted chicks will be on sale at Top Field and in the Clubhouse until Easter - go on get one for the grandchildren - you know it makes sense. A yellow and green knitted chick with a creme egg body, for a couple of quid.

fabulous seeing them and ive got my charlie chick with a very jaunty purple hat.

Great cause and lovely people. The charlie chicks are brilliant, very talented knitters/crocheters.
