Alternative report by Lou Tonne

Post by Greenfinch »

This match was a credit to both sides, and a fair result, playing most of the game with hardly any long balls, and many skilful passing moves, and easy on the eye.Having said that it was still competitive, but well marshalled by an excellent referee.Nothing else to report really, just a pleasure to watch.

Couldn't make last nights game but see Kavan Cotter played.

Do we know if he's signed for us.

Was a really good midfielder when he was with us before (on loan from Luton I think) and then went to play at a higher level than us.

Wingate & Finchley have confirmed that he's signed for us which is excellent news- looked a really good player last night.

Thanks Freddie

I think he went to Hemel after he left Luton so has played National South Step 2

Also at Oxford City in NLS. Didn't look out of place.

Change of manager before Christmas at W&F seems to have heralded a lot of changes of personnel.

Freddie he's only signed for us when Hitchin Town confirm that he has signed. There is a distinct difference between he has signed for us and he is signing for us. We have confirmed nothing yet. ;)

Official now so really good news.

Will give us some steel in midfield with Steve Gleeson being injured.
