The final game of the season started like a pre-season friendly but ultimately Hitchin playing some excellent football came out winners by an impressive 3-1 margin. Ilkeston looked half the team we played earlier in the season and we could have won by more goals. Anyway the fans all went home happy with the win, we finished higher than in recent seasons and did not have to worry about relegation once we reached 48 points. Well done to the team, management and backroom staff.

In collecting 5 points today Tim Kay jumps to the top of the table and wins this years prediction league game.
