Hitchin matched Stamford for most of a very poor half, neither team troubling the keeper, until Stamford got imo a soft penalty. to go in at half time one goal up. Hitchin went all out for an equaliser but to no avail when Stamford got their second of the game. I thought the ref was more lenient towards Stamford then Hitchin throughout the game.

Four points from a possible fifty-four since Christmas, eleven goals in the eighteen matches. I didn't see any problems with the referee.

It would be an injustice if Sudbury go down in my opinion, but I saw nothing to suggest we'll score against Stourbridge.
