The fans came out in force to support the team but the gods did not look down kindly on Hitchin Town. Early on we lost two key players and then the red cards. Towwards the end there were the goal line clearances, one a header from Charlie, but we were unable to get that all important goal. The players gave their all even when down a man but in the end we been relegated. It is what it is, so let`s look forwweard to a dfresh start next season. I have just read the club statement which mention ambitions so let`s hope this is proven correct in the coming months.

Congratulations to the predcition winners today, Grace Greyhound, Alan Clark, Spooks, Cleo, Marek Malarowski and for the second time in a row Harrison Kane not Harry.

Congratulation to the league winners; 1st Barry Swain (148), 2nd Guy Williams (£111), 3rd Marek Malarowski (£74) 4th Sheffield Saturday (37) and Sarah Stimpson for last place and free entry to next years game.

Although Guy and Marek ended on the same points the final league positions came down to their respective prediction for Hitchin`s final league position.
