GOAL (2) 0-1 Wright lets the ball bounce past him. It's picked up by Dunn who squares for Harris at the back post to convert.

GOAL (6) 0-2 Slough corner goes across the box, sent back in and Johnson drops it under a challenge. It falls to Hollis who slots home.

YELLOW CARD Callum chases a long ball and handballs it.
YELLOW CARD Hollis for a foul on Callum. From Lucas' free kick, Wright scoops the ball over.
One Brett header saved by Walker-Harris, one penalty shout for a shove on Spence and one dangerous cross by Spence for the Canaries, but Slough look more dangerous in attack.
SAVE - shot by Dowie gets a deflection & nearly creeps in before Walker-Harris turns it away for a corner. He gathers Dan Webb's header.
YELLOW CARD for Burns who was caught offside but didn't think so!
Burns knocked off a good through ball by Smith, before Clarke wins a corner

GOAL 1-2 (38) Brett beats the defender, chips the keeper and follows up just to make sure the ball bounces inside the post!

Good Canary pressure just before the break as Hitchin try to get back into it.

I thought we looked disjointed today without some of our regulars and to be fair to Slough they looked the better team and took their chances well and defended strongly. Quite a physical side but I was impressed by their work rate especially their attackers. I did not see the penalty but that finished us off. However all still to play for and we must keep in the play off places. The good points were that Jonny Mac played well on his return along with Brett who had a very good game. We need to get Kane more into the action his crosses are sublime and he really worries defences. A bad day at the Office!

Ultimately this felt like a decent effort by a depleted side against an impressive Slough team.

Does anyone know why Lewis and Lenchie weren't in the squad today?

We created our own problems for the goals as the first came from loss of possession in midfield, the second from a spill by our keeper and the third from the spot after a blatant push in the box!

Fortress Top Field?
More like Santa's Grotto giving out presents left, right and centre.

What a shame the game needs officials because the last 3 home games have been very badly officiated (can't spell the words I want to use  )

Disappointing , thought slough wanted it more and were first to most things. We gave them all 3 goals( never a pen) but whilst we were second best we did have the best chances!
