Nice to see Brentford succeed, after so long and so many disappointments. Last week's triumph by Preston Cricket Club in the latest round of the Villages Cricket Competition adds to a feel-good May's sport!

10th time lucky and all that! Well done to the Bees fans who did keep the faith - the 7th failure (against a rubbish Yeovil side) coupled with 3 Mickey Mouse Cup Final defeats was too much for me.
As Brentford beat 4 Premier League sides in the League Cup this season, lets hope that bodes well for not being a yo-yo club.
