Saw the Stevenage highlights on Saturday and Kane scored one but his assist in the 2nd looked special to me.

Can't argue with a goal and an assist (although outjumped for the Carlisle goal). Maybe the years at Borehamwood have added to his experience
but he was good enough when he was mucked about by Shrewsbury and Coventry.

And a couple of steps lower, Star Player performance by Matt Lench in Slough's win at Dulwich. Sadly didn't get there due to transport issues.

Kane got a start last night in Stevenage's 1-0 win against Newport County. He had a good game until subbed in the 78th minute. (I could not convince my driver to divert to Bedford, so ended up at the friendly Lamex Stadium. Good choice.)
