Meet the Manager

Post by RST » Sun Jan 27, 2019 11:06 am

Hi Everyone,

I’m pleased to let you know that the Hitchin Town Supporters’ Trust has arranged a Meet the Manager, or Grill the Gaffer session, so you can put to Mark Burke any questions you may have about the playing side of the club. This will be held in the Canary Club on Wednesday 6th February at 8.00pm.

This session will be open to all supporters, not just Trust members, but if any non-members would like to join the Trust by making a one off donation, or signing up to make regular donations that would be great. Full details of the Trust can be found here: https://hitchintownfc.club/supporters-trust/

Although you are very welcome to just turn up on the night, if you are able to let me know in advance that you are coming it will help us in getting enough chairs ready (don’t want to get them all out for a few people to turn up, or vice versa!). You can send me a message through this Forum, or via email – rupert.russell@hitchintownfc.club

You don’t need me to tell you that this season has been a little disappointing thus far, at least as far as the league campaign has gone (the FA Cup went quite well!), but the performance at Stratford and subsequent wins in the last week against Stourbridge, King’s Lynn and Leiston are hopefully signs that we may see a good run to the end of the season.

Those of you who have attended similar sessions in the past will know that Mark is very open and honest in giving his views and he and the Trust committee look forward to seeing you on February 6th.

Rupert Russell,
Hitchin Town Supporters’ Trust Secretary.

Just a quick reminder that the Meet the Manager session is just two days away - Wednesday February 6th, 8pm in the Canary Club.

All supporters are welcome to attend and it would be great to see a good turn out.
