WELCOME CHARLIE HAYFORD

Here’s another who has signed on for the new season! We’re delighted to welcome central midfielder Charlie Hayford to Hitchin Town FC.

Charlie arrives with an impressive football CV. He started his youth career with Tottenham Hotspur aged just four-years-old, before leaving there for the Sheffield Wednesday U23 squad. Hayford then departed Sheff Wed to join Hemel Hempstead in July 2017 before spells with local-sides Chesham United, Barton Rovers, Bedford Town and Baldock Town.

His impressive performances during pre-season have seen Mark Burke snap up his services for the coming season.
